An outstanding school

Our school continues to go from strength to strength. Having been identified by Ofsted in March 2007 we moved on to gain recognition by the DCSF as a ‘High Performing Specialist School’ and were granted permission to develop a Sixth Form. Building work is now underway and will be completed next summer in time for the opening of ‘Huish Sixth’ in September 2010. We are working with our students to finalise the curriculum that we will offer and have already begun to recruit new staff.
