Due to the exceptionally warm weather forecast for this week, we will be introducing temporary uniform adjustments to ensure that students remain comfortable in the conditions.
This arrangement will be in place for the week (w/c 22 June), after which it will be reviewed.
Students may choose from the following options:
- Standard uniform: Students may continue to wear their usual school uniform; however, ties and blazers are not required and do not need to be brought into school.
- PE kit: Students may choose to wear their Huish PE kit (Huish top with shorts or skort, and standard PE trainers – not Air Force-style trainers or equivalents).
Please note that if students arrive in clothing that is not part of the Huish PE kit, they will be asked to change into appropriate uniform.
We also ask that all students bring a water bottle to school each day and apply sun cream before arriving in the morning.
We will continue to monitor the conditions throughout the week and provide further updates if needed.
