Dear Parent / Carer,
Due to significant staff disruption due to Covid 19, regrettably we will have to close year 8 tomorrow, 5 April 2022.  It will not be possible to run live online lessons as staff may be being used to cover absent colleagues. We will therefore ensure that work will be available on Google Classroom.  
Currently we are only planning to close lessons to Year 8 for one day but if the situation changes we will let you know as soon as we can, as it may be necessary to extend the closure, or to close other year groups. 
I am very sorry we have to do this, but we cannot run all lessons with the current levels of staff absence.
